A Message from Brother Dr. Brian R. Humphrey

Greetings, Beloved Brothers of Alpha Phi Alpha,

Grace, Peace, and Love be unto you.

It is with humility, gratitude, and a deep sense of responsibility that I serve as President of Rho Zeta Lambda Chapter. Leadership is not merely about holding an office. It is about serving our Brotherhood, honoring the legacy entrusted to us, and helping position our chapter for what comes next.

Rho Zeta Lambda stands at an important moment in its history. Our strength is found not only in what we have accomplished, but in what we can accomplish together when every Brother has an opportunity to contribute his wisdom, talents, energy, and heart to the work of Alpha.

Through REIMAGINE, we are renewing our commitment to Brotherhood, strengthening how we engage and serve one another, pursuing excellence in how our chapter operates, and elevating our collective impact in the communities we serve. This work is not the responsibility of one Brother, one officer, or one administration. It belongs to all of us.

As we move forward, I invite every Brother to find his place in this work. Ask questions. Share ideas. Become engaged. Extend grace to one another. And most importantly, remember the “why” that called each of us into this Brotherhood and continues to bind us together.

The promise of Rho Zeta Lambda rests in our shared labor, our faith in one another, and our love for Alpha. Together, we will honor our legacy while having the courage to REIMAGINE what is possible.
